We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 4 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only once approved by management.
Please note this will only cover unsatisfactory work and does not cover issues such as dark to light transitions, client change of mind, or such like. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.
No cash refunds under any circumstances.
For all clients, any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, a 20% charge of the original service fee will be applied on the next visit.
Any service over 4 hours long or above 1000 aed will also require a deposit of 150 aed which will be deducted off the service on the day. This is non refundable and non redeemable if changed or cancelled less than 24 hours.
*Those who need to reschedule due to COVID 19 symptoms or close contact will not be charged upon proof of a test result.
Please be courteous to our stylists and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
